Jnana means knowledge. This yoga is yoga for the intelligent and selected people. This yoga is the ultimate objective of all the other varieties of yoga. This yoga teaches you to look at the world while it is without any ignorance and polarization. You can carry out this state as a practitioner the rigorous mental discipline and the virtue.
