How To Practice Meditation

The meditation is the most important practice to calm the spirit. A calm spirit can lead to a healthy, happy and successful life. It can cure the diseases and accelerate curative processes. We describe the simple technique below the prana-dharana called. Prana in the stands Sanskrit for the air which we breathe. It is the most fundamental act of the life which starts starting from the birth and continuous until death. But generally, we do not realize of the breath until our attention is drawn close to it. Dharana means its conscience. Prana-dharana means to apply the spirit to the flow of air when we breathe. The method like is described below:
You in a maintenance appropriate to the meditation rest. The common maintenances are Siddhasana, Padmasana and Swastikasana. But if you cannot do this, put back you just the cross legs. Your back should be right and of the eyes closed. Your knees should be well placed at the ground. You do not lean your shoulders behind. The whole body should be relaxed and the whole reinforcement gently without exerting any traction or pressure on the thighs, the feet, the knees, the spinal column or the neck. There should be no right end on the tension along the abdominal wall. Let the abdominal wall balance gently in the two directions very without jolt and effort with each breathing. The facial muscles should be relaxed and say closed with a small space between the two jaws such of the end of the lips that the higher and lower teeth do not exert the pressure on one the other. Your language should touch the palate with the end concerning the back of the teeth before higher. You ensure that the lips, the language or the jaws lower do not move. Your ocular spheres and eyelids should be regular and the muscles of the slackened face.
Your whole maintenance should be comfortable, gently and slackened. You should not feel the constraint on very part of the body. Now start to develop the conscience of breathing. The flow of air should be uniform, slow and smooth. Made no effort or exert any order. Never retain the breath. Do not push any word or do not see the any image. This will calm your spirit and will help you to carry out peace.
