Tips for Yogas Success

Did you hear of Gunas? Not, they are not characters of Disney! According to yoga there are three basic qualities or energies which compose all. They are, of the rajahs, the tamas and sattva.The rajahs is the energy of the action, the change and the movement.

The rajahs is containing hydrocarbon passion and fire. Energy of Rajasic is also associated with the light hours of day. We need obviously energy rajasic to create energy to move successfully during all our world and lives.

When we have too much energy rajasic which we could appear with the outside world like extremely occupied, go go go, make make! This resembles you? The maintenance of an important level of energy rajasic carries out to roast! When the rajahs is out of balance the spirit and the body overstimulated, the spirit becomes agitated and you test many unverifiable thoughts.
Foods which are rajasic include: spiced food, foods fried, coffee/caffeinated of the drinks which the stimulants fish, eggs, chocolate, foods which are very bitter, sournesses, dry and salted. Consumption in a haste is also considered rajasicTamas can be regarded as opposite of the rajahs. Energy of Tamasic is associated in a state of inactivity and inertia, weight and darkness. When the tamas is out of balance your capacity to reason becomes opacified and you could test the darker emotions such as anger or avarice. Just as there is current energy rajasic in hours of day, energy tamasic is present during the night. People who are very tamasic could be depressed or seem lazy. Generally the states of the disease are tamasic.The examples of food tamasic include: the meat, alcohol, tobacco, onions, fermented of foods - the vinegar or the strong cheese, food ventilated or above ripe food, excessively treated food or chemically treated. To eat with excess is considered tamasic.

Sattva is an energy which is in a state of harmony and balance. Mental and emotive states positive of joy and intelligence are associated with the sattva. A person who tested much energy sattvic would seem very happy. The energy of Sattvic is also compatible with the curative states and in Ayurveda (the science of the sister of yoga) of energy sattvic is actively cultivated.

The energy of Sattvic is the majority of present during times between light twilight and paddle and of darkness in other words. A person on the way yogic is concentrated on the developing sattva and for this reason yoga the asana and the meditation are classically carried out at these hours.

Foods which are sattvic include: the whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, pure fruit juice, leguminous plants, milk, butter, nuts, seeds, pushed grass and honey, seed teas.It is important to realize that we all have each of the three on our premises gunas. Modern science confirms now that these food products are directly dependent to specialize in the diseases including/understanding cancer, obesity, the diabetes and the cardiac disease. As mentioned above too much energy tamasic leads to the states of the disease.
