Headstand is called the king of all the asanas because having the enormous advantages for the body and the spirit. All our physical-activities and mental are controls by the brain which is the seat of the intelligence, knowledge, wisdom, discrimination and the power. As Headstand increases the flow of blood to the brain it revitalizes the whole body and the spirit and also regenerates the nervous system.
