Jnana Yoga – Yoga For The Intelligent

Jnana means knowledge. This yoga is yoga for the intelligent and selected people. This yoga is the ultimate objective of all the other varieties of yoga. This yoga teaches you to look at the world while it is without any ignorance and polarization. You can carry out this state as a practitioner the rigorous mental discipline and the virtue. This yoga is also called Rajah Yoga or king of all yogas, since it is the highest variety and rules above all the other varieties. It is the yoga which Patanjali described in its Sutras yoga. This yoga is composed of eight shares of which five are external and the others three are interns. Two of its parts, namely yama and niyama treat the types of behavior which the student of yoga should avoid like the lie, cheating, stealing etc and these behaviors which it should cultivate like cleanliness, not-collection etc Asanas and Pranayama are the two next parts of this yoga. Asanas are the physical movements which help by developing the flexibility of the body and thus cure all the diseases. You can order your breath by the use of the pranayama which increases the capacity of the lungs to return the air and thus increases the vitality of the body. The next Pratyahara part indicates the withdrawal of the sensors of the objects of pleasure. The three resident parts treat the intense mental concentration.
Patanjali maintained that practitioner these eight parts of yoga honestly and intensely, for time, will erase all the impurities of the body and will occupy and reach thus knowledge which will release the person of serfdom and ignorance. This yoga is called the yoga of Ashtanga since it is made of eight shares. It is also called like yoga of Dhyana due to its effort on the mental concentration. Consequently, all the times that there is any mention of yoga, one usually imply it that the person speaks about the yoga of Jnana
