What Is Yoga?

Yoga can seem like a complicated concept - or, at least, a vertiginous choice of physical handling which transforms happy-to look at human beings in pretzels apparently human happy pretences.
More disconcerting, a stereotype exists in the places where the yoga of limit is synonymous with worship, or a certain kind of antiquated spiritual belief which obliges one to stop their work, to sell their house, and to become available in the middle of nowhere.
Indeed, yoga is very a basic thing . If you on the occasion to visit a country where one established it for generations - India, Japan, China, and others - it is really rather, well, ordinary .
The practice of yoga returned to the west in 1893 when one of the famous gurus of India, Swami Vivekananda, was well accomodated with the World Fair Chicago. It is now known to have aroused the interest of the west for yoga.
Literally, the yoga of word comes from the term Sanskrit Yug, which means: to harness, bind, join, or direct its attention. At the same time, yoga can also imply concepts such as fusion, the union, and disciplines it.
The crowned Scriptures of the hindouism (an ancient system of belief of India which has a total presence) also defines yoga as a unitive discipline; the kind of discipline which, according to the experts Georg Feuerstein and Stephan Bodian in their yoga living of book, leads to the interior and external union, with the harmony and the joy.
Primarily, of yoga most generally is included/understood as a conscious life; to connect on its interior potential for happiness (which Sankrit refers itself like ananda).
Which yoga is not:
Sometimes it is useful to include/understand things by what are not they; particularly by treating a matter, like the yoga, which is completely easily badly included/understood.
The authors and the Feuerstein disciples and Bodian of yoga help us to include/understand yoga by us stating that it is not:
Yoga is not gymnastic Swedish (marked by the headstand, the maintenance of lotus or some pretzel-like the installation). While it is true that yoga implies many maintenances - particularly in the yoga of hatha - those are only designed to encourage people to contact their interior feelings.
Yoga is not a system of meditation - or a religion - the manner that many people are misled to believe. The meditation is only part of the whole process to be introduced into the kingdom of the hymn.
Which is the gasoline of yoga?
Practically all science and philosophy yogic declare that an human being is but a fragment of an enormous universe, and when this human being learns with the communion with this vastness, then the union with something reaches to him which is larger than him/it.
This attachment or to connect on something larger thus makes it possible to go the true way of happiness. By the flow with the force, the individual can discover the truth.
And with the truth the realization comes; but to reach the realization, our words, thoughts and contracts must be based on the truth. People follow courses on yoga and go to the studios to learn from novel methods in yoga, but professor Tim Miller of yoga said that true yoga starts when leave the studio; he is all about being waked up and to be conscious of your actions .
