Yoga has a multitude of branches when it comes to the way in which you choose to practise and all are based on same philosophy, or trunk, of spirituality. * Asana of maintenance or `
* Order of breath or pranayama of `
* Sensory Pratyahara of withdrawal or `
* Dharana of concentration or `
* Dhyana of meditation or `
* Samadhi of release or `
Yoga of karma
The center of the yoga of karma is with the service and the treatment of others. The fundamental idea is that our experiments are today a direct result of our last actions. Consequently, very that those which practise the yoga of karma make today is in an effort to create a better future for themselves and those around them. They do this by eliminating the motivations from pessimism and egotism. This means the life for others instead of ourselves.
Yoga of Jnana
Those which practise the yoga of jnana are interested with the development of the spirit. They are disciples interested in philosophy behind yoga and them their hearths of practice as regards yoga on studying and including/understanding the ancient and traditional texts. It is probably one of the most intense disciplines of yoga because the study is intense and difficult.
With the difference of the branches on a tree, the ways of yoga often intersect and recover. Although it is difficult to hang of two or three branches of tree immediately, it is not difficult whole to practise more than one way of yoga. Test to them all if you like and choose those which it majority of call to you.
