Yoga History

When you practise yoga, it is, naturally, nonnecessary to have a full arrangement of the history of yoga in order to draw benefit entirely from your practice. A short arrangement of the history behind yoga, however, can increase your spiritual practice and inspire to you to discover more about the tradition behind the discipline.
The first writings about yoga were written in Sanskrit in religious manuscripts early in India called Vedas. The yoga of `of word has many significances.
