Yoga for the beginner

Though you do not need a place particularly designed to carry out your class of yoga, you ensure, by electing the room where you will hold the class, to choose such a remote place of the distractions - such as the radio, noise of street, TV - which possible.

The place must also be clean and completely and, if possible, ventilated. In general, one or two hours after a principal meal is the ideal moment for the yoga of practice.
